Orders

• You are responsible for selecting the correct size, quantity, and design.
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed after printing has started.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

• Stock availability issues
• Suspected fraud
• Offensive or illegal artwork
• Copyright infringement

If an order is cancelled, a refund will be issued.

 

Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.

While we try to ensure all pricing is accurate, we reserve the right to:

Shipping costs and taxes (if applicable) may be added at checkout.

 

Payments

All orders must be paid in full before printing or production begins.

We accept payment via our online payment portal

If payment is not received or is reversed, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Orders paid via EFT/bank transfer will only be processed once payment has cleared.

 

Artwork and Intellectual Property

By uploading artwork, designs, logos, or images to our website, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the artwork, or
• You have permission from the copyright owner to use the artwork.
• The artwork does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
• The artwork does not contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.

Print by Sassy will not be held responsible for any copyright infringement caused by customer-submitted artwork. The customer accepts full legal responsibility for all uploaded content.

We reserve the right to refuse printing any content we believe may violate laws or policies.

 

Printing and Colour Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Colours may appear differently on screen vs printed products.
• Print placement may vary slightly.
• Slight variations in colour, alignment, or size are not considered defects.
• Low-resolution images may print blurry or pixelated.
• We are not responsible for spelling, grammar, or design errors submitted by customers.

Customers are responsible for ensuring artwork is print-ready and correct before placing an order.

 

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier companies
• Weather
• Strikes
• Customs delays
• Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been shipped.

 

Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Because all products are custom made, we do not offer refunds or returns unless:

• The item is damaged
• The wrong item was sent
• There is a manufacturing or printing defect

Customers must report issues within 3 days of receiving the order and provide photographs as proof.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Incorrect size selected
• Customer design mistakes
• Spelling errors
• Low-resolution artwork
• Change of mind

Approved issues may be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Print by Sassy shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits
• Loss of business
• Loss of data
• Delays in delivery
• Printing colour variations
• Customer artwork errors

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.

 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Print by Sassy, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or legal fees arising from:

• Your use of the website
• Your uploaded artwork or content
• Your breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
